Meet Our Team
Larry & Karolyn Noughton, Owners/Officers
Larry has been in the plumbing industry since 1974 and has more than 35 years of plumbing experience. Karolyn has been running the office operations since the company first started at their kitchen table.
Larry has served on the Tri-County PHCC board in the past years as President, Vice President and Director. He has also served on the Lee County Construction Industry Licensing Board and on the Southwest Florida Homeowners Association boards in his community at all levels. He is an active licensed airplane pilot - who loves to fly anytime he can!
Karolyn has spent many years coaching Pop Warner, high school and all-star cheerleading She has always been involved in her daughters many activities throughout school and college. Karolyn loves to snow ski and goes west every chance she gets.
Larry & Karolyn love to travel and they both enjoy water activities. They are devoted Parents to their four daughters and are blessed with two grandsons. Both are avid Florida Gator fans!!!
Nicole Hamilton, Executive Assistant/Accounts Payable Coordinator
Nicole has been with United Plumbing, Inc., since 1995. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. Nicole assists with all purchasing, bids and customer service. She is also responsible for United Plumbing Inc.’s accounts payable department. Nicole is a devoted wife and mother who loves boating, fishing and all water activities. She also enjoys playing different types of sports with her family and friends. Like most people who live or visit the area, Nicole likes to relax and soak in the Florida Sunshine.
Michael Clark, New Construction Supervisor
Mike has been with United Plumbing Inc., since 1986 and has more than 25 years plumbing experience. He started as a plumber’s helper and has worked his way up to his current position as New Construction Manager. He is responsible for that department, coordinating customer requested work schedules, field production and quality control.
Mike often enjoys camping with his family and friends. He loves bowling in leagues and tournaments and playing golf with his children.
Sharon Driggers, New Constuction Coordinator/Accounts Receivable Mgr
Sharon has been with United Plumbing Inc since 2002. She assists with work scheduling and work orders on all new construction projects. She is also responsible for locates, coordinating permits, inspections, and lien waivers. Sharon also manages United Plumbing Inc.’s accounts receivable and collections department.
Sharon is a current board member and past president of the Riverdale Kiwanis Club of Lee County. She has spent more than 20 years volunteering with the youth of the area as a member, director and coach of Little League Baseball and Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading. Sharon and her husband have four children and are the proud grandparents of two boys. They are both very active with their family and in the community.
